Blue color – cold and poetic, has always been associated with purity and a sense of space separated from the whole world. In this project it was important for me to continue the history of combining preserved historical elements and combine modern materials with completely new and unusual for such types of interiors. I like the idea that you can mix materials from different eras boldly and truthfully, without trying to freeze the historic interior in its original form.

The combination of concrete and marble, old flooring, modern and minimalistic forms of new designs and plumbing, a mirror, as if accidentally set temporarily on a stand opposite the bathtub, all this creates a feeling of freedom and the history of space. Wooden shutters soften the interior, combining detachment and coolness with tradition and the warmth of human values.
